Affordable Elder care provides in home care for seniors which including assistance with daily activities and a customized care plan tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients. At Affordable Elder Care, we know that your priority is quality care. Therefore, our case managers work with our clients, their families and their doctors to develop a plan of care which addresses client's health, personal and physical needs. We also involve our clients in selection process or their caregivers, so that you receive the caregiver that is right for you.
Affordable Elder Care offers Long term community care programs also known as Primary Home Care (PHC) and Community Based Alternative (CBA). These programs are funded by Medicaid and are offered at no cost to eligible clients. Some of the common services offered under these programs are Homemaking, bathing, feeding, grooming, ambulation, assistance with self-administered medication etc. Our team of caregivers comprises of highly talented, qualified and caring professionals who are committed to provide excellent home care services to our clients.
Our staff goes through extensive annual training and testing before they go out in field to serve our clients. All our staff is bonded, insured, OIG verified and drug tested. We also do an extensive background check on all our employees.
